It's one of the most common cases we see. You receive 3 proposals between €30k and €120k, and each promises different things in technical language that's hard to evaluate. In a Strategy Session we review the proposals, identify what's realistic vs marketing, flag contractual and technical risks, and give you specific questions to ask each vendor before deciding. Sessions are conducted in English. This allows us to work with international clients and ensure consistency in service. Written deliverables (summaries, documentation, frameworks) can be delivered in English or Portuguese — your choice. If you prefer 100% Portuguese communication, we recommend contacting us first by email so we can confirm the best format.

Cancellation: you can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24h before the session, with full refund. Cancellations less than 24h in advance entitle you to a single reschedule but not a refund (the slot was already reserved for you).

Satisfaction Commitment: if you finish the session and feel you didn't receive value proportional to the investment, we ask that you tell us directly. Cases of dissatisfaction are handled individually — it could be a complementary session at no cost, credit toward a future session, or, in exceptional cases, a partial refund. It's not an automatic refund guarantee; it's a commitment of common sense between professionals.

Statutory consumer right: natural persons (non-professionals) also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Decree-Law 24/2014. By confirming the session and starting service delivery, the consumer expressly waives this right with respect to the portion already performed.
